Great location! Super close to all the attractions and walking distance from the city center. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. the breakfast is incredibly delicious with fresh fruits, pastries, and a range of local dishes. a great value for the money.
Rooms could use an upgrade. the bedding was a bit old and the towels were not the softest.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy for me to explore this beautiful city. The staff was very friendly and helped me out with everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast was delicious.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel was perfect for my needs, and I had a fantastic stay.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the tourist zone, allowing for easy access to bars, restaurants, and shopping centers. the staff is pleasant and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms have everything you need. Breakfast is included with simple bread and cheese. There's a small but functional elevator, and the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.
The air conditioner wasn't working well, causing the room to get too hot during the day.

Spent my New Year's Eve at a hotel in Van, and it was amazing! The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a range of delicious dishes. The hotel's location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it easy to explore. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The language barrier; some staff members did not speak English very well, which made communication a bit difficult.
